Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the ClueSearch mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

ClueSearch is a word-search puzzle game with detective-themed cases. Players find hidden words in letter grids and solve each case by identifying the killer, method, and location. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a compatible Android device that you own or control, subject to these Terms and any applicable Google Play policies.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent or interfere with advertisements or security features
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App

3. Age Requirement

The App is intended for general audiences. If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you must use the App under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Game Content

All puzzles, text, graphics, designs, and other content within the App are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Fictional case scenarios, characters, and story elements are for entertainment only and do not represent real events or persons.

5. Advertisements

The App is supported by advertisements provided through AdMob. Ads may appear between cases or when you choose to watch rewarded videos for in-game hints or reveals. Watching rewarded ads is optional unless you wish to receive those specific in-game benefits.

Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, device settings, and applicable laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about data collection and advertising.

6. In-App Progress

Your game progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of progress due to device changes, app deletion, data clearing, or technical issues. We do not guarantee that game progress can be recovered if it is lost. We recommend keeping your device backed up if you wish to preserve your progress.

7. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide maintenance, support, or updates, though we may do so at our discretion. Some features or improvements may require installing the latest version of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY WHERE SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may discontinue distribution of the App or restrict access to certain features if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, except where mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
